Color Sudoku is designed to work without accounts, advertising, or behavioral tracking. This policy separates what happens inside the app from the infrastructure used to serve this website.

Data practices inside the app
Color Sudoku does not require or offer user accounts. The app contains no advertising, tracking, analytics SDKs, or backend service, and the operator does not collect personal data through the app.
Your saved games, settings, and statistics remain on your device. They are used only to provide the game, remember your preferences, and show your progress. Color Sudoku does not upload this information and does not provide cloud sync.
Website infrastructure and analytics
This website is hosted and delivered through Cloudflare. Like other internet infrastructure providers, Cloudflare processes the technical request information needed to deliver pages securely and reliably.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand basic, aggregated website activity. Cloudflare documents this service as cookie-free and says it does not use local storage or collect visitors’ personal data. We do not use advertising pixels, cross-site tracking, fingerprinting, or third-party marketing analytics.
Because the site uses only this cookie-free measurement, it does not display a cookie consent banner.
When you email support
If you voluntarily email us, we receive the address you use and the information you include. We use it only to answer your question, investigate a reported issue, and maintain a limited support history.
Support messages are normally kept for no longer than 24 months after the last exchange, unless a longer period is reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or an ongoing issue. Please do not send sensitive personal information.
Your choices and deletion requests
You can remove app data using the controls provided by iOS, including deleting the app. Because app data stays on your device, we cannot retrieve or delete it remotely.
To ask us to delete a support email or related correspondence, contact [email protected]. We may need enough information to identify the conversation.
Children’s privacy
Color Sudoku does not knowingly collect personal data from children or other players through the app. If a child contacts support, a parent or guardian may ask us to delete the correspondence.
Policy changes
We may update this policy when the app, website, or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be posted here with a new effective date. When a change is material, we will provide an additional notice in the app or on this website where practical.
